#Steps

You can acquire appraisal by visiting The Jewelry Shop in Neraka.

Saragurb, the shopkeeper, will offer to appraise things for you
say appraise
Saragurb will offer to train you in appraisal for 50 gold
give 50 gold saragurb
Saragurb will give you the appraisal skill
