A Gryphon
description
The Gryphon turns to consider you with its eagle like head. Golden
feathers lead down the neck on to the giant wings, which are folded in as
the Gryphon sits resting. Looking down, you see the body of a large lion,
bright gold, almost yellow, fur covers huge hind legs. The Gryphon shifts
his weight and the muscles in the smaller forelegs ripple. A long tail
swishes casually around behind the beast, as the claws dig in to prepare to
take flight. Then with a sudden movement, the Gryphon takes to wing, and
with powerful strokes of his wings, is soon out of sight.
