Not much describes this creature as its body phases in and out of
reality. It is thought that these beings are actually in another plane of
existance when they pop back up on Krynn, driven here by some demonic force.
It's body is transperant and it doesn't have much trouble passing through
things around here, also making damage do almost nothing to it.
A spectral being's body appears to be translucent.
